The injury-ravaged Indian team received another blow on Tuesday as pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah was ruled out of the fourth test against Australia due to abdominal strain.

Bumrah, key to India’s attack, suffered the strain in the third draw in Sydney.

India is already without its main bowlers Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma and Umesh Yadav. With Bumrah out of the squad, the Indian rhythm attack will be in the hands of debutants like Mohammed Siraj and Navdeep Saini, who both made their debuts in the current series against Australia.
