Chennai Super Kings batting coach Michael Hussey tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, a day after the team’s bowling coach L.K. Balaji returned positive for the virus.
This was confirmed by IPL sources after being suspended indefinitely due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the bio-bubble in the 14th edition of the T20 League.
Hussey’s test report came on Tuesday. “Hussey was tested and his sample came out positive. We sent it to retire but it has also been positive.
On Tuesday, Wriddhiman Saha and DC Amit Mishra of SRH turned positive. On Monday, KKR bowlers Varun Chakraborty and Sandeep Warrier returned with positive results.
